At Forest, we want you to feel as natural in our garments as the woods themselves, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all sustainable tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
